Soroka is an expense tracker for households, published by Oleksii Babchenko (sole developer, Spain). Using the app means agreeing to these terms. The short version: pay through your app store if you subscribe, one subscription covers your whole household, cancel any time through the store, and check what the AI read before you save it.
Soroka records shared and personal expenses for a household. It can read receipts with an AI model. The AI does its best and is sometimes wrong - the app always shows you what it read before anything is saved, and manual entry always works. You are responsible for checking that saved amounts match your receipts; Soroka is a household notebook, not accounting, tax or financial advice.
You sign in with Google or Apple. A household is shared: members you invite see the household’s shared expenses, shopping lists and reports. Only invite people you want to share with. You can leave a household, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time (see the account deletion page).
Soroka’s paid plan is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price the store shows when you buy. Payment, renewal, refunds and receipts are handled by the store under its own terms.
The AI features carry usage limits that protect the service from abuse and runaway cost. The limits are set so that ordinary household use never meets them.
Use Soroka lawfully and only with receipts and data you are allowed to process. Do not probe, overload or reverse the service.
Soroka is provided as-is, with a solo developer’s best effort and no uptime promise. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived - EU and Spanish consumer protections apply.
These terms can change; material changes are announced in the app or on this site before they take effect. The effective date above always states the current version.
